Return & Exchange Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be in original condition – unused, with all original tags and packaging intact
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
The Haunting Return Process
1 Contact Our Ghoulish Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
2 Wait for Our Response
Our Halloween helpers will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
3 Package Your Items Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely. Your items should be as protected as a vampire in its coffin!
4 Ship Your Return

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Customized or Personalized Wall Decor – Made specifically for your haunting needs
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
All other Halloween treasures including Animated Decor, Decorative Accents, Outdoor Decor & Garden items, Throws, Rugs & Pillows are eligible for return within our 15-day window.
