If for any reason your haunting haven isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges that are simpler than a ghost’s whisper.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
The Haunting Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact Our Ghoulish Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Our Response: Our Halloween helpers will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Items Securely: Place the items in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our haunted headquarters at:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used Indoor Lights – Due to electrical safety concerns
- Customized or Personalized Wall Decor – Made specifically for your haunting needs
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
All other Halloween treasures including Animated Decor, Decorative Accents, Outdoor Decor & Garden items, Throws, Rugs & Pillows are eligible for return within our 15-day window.
