If for any reason your haunting haven isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges that are simpler than a ghost’s whisper.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

The Haunting Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

  1. Contact Our Ghoulish Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Our Response: Our Halloween helpers will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Items Securely: Place the items in their original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and seal the box securely.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our haunted headquarters at:

    Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping tracking number – we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipping.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appearance on Your Statement: 5-10 additional business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or Used Indoor Lights – Due to electrical safety concerns
  • Customized or Personalized Wall Decor – Made specifically for your haunting needs
  • Final Sale Items – Clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

All other Halloween treasures including Animated Decor, Decorative Accents, Outdoor Decor & Garden items, Throws, Rugs & Pillows are eligible for return within our 15-day window.
